Shipping & Tracking
We ship all items by UPS/FedEx to customers. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package.
Note: UPS/FedEx/DHL does not deliver on weekends or national holidays.
Yes, we don't.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
No, we DO NOT deliver to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.
We have warehouse in various states: CA, GA and NJ, and we will choose the most appropriate one to send goods to you according to the inventory and your location.
You can go to your account and track your package. We will also send tracking info to your email. You can also contact customer service support@bigroofus.com to confirm your tacking info.
For furniture set in multiple packages. The packages sometimes are shipped from different warehouses. The delivery time of the packages may be different. Contact us at support@bigroofus.com with your order id, we will check the order details for you.
Orders and Payment
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us (support@bigroofus.com) directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Please contact support@bigroofus.com with the order number, product name and SKU code for the items you wish to return or exchange. Products need to be returned to the address customer service provided.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
Pre-order items (unless the products have quality issues)
Clearance items
Coupon
Personalized items
Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
Items you have already assembled.
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
Add the products to your cart, then click the "checkout" button on the cart page. On the next checkout page, you will see a box to apply the coupon code. Manually type the coupon code and click “Apply.”
Note: Each order can only apply one coupon code.
